Program Terms and Conditions

  • Funds will roll over indefinitely as long as the membership remains active.

  • A one-year membership contract is required.

  • There are no refunds or any exceptions.

  • Any unused funds will remain available for a period of six (6) months following the completion of the one-year contract.

  • All funds need to be used for services or products in spa.

  • Any unused funds will be forfeited.

  • Discounts are valid only while the membership is active.
